Celebrating 10 Years of Impact

Last week, The Midas Collaborative and our longtime bank partner Cambridge Savings Bank were honored to be recognized for the role both organizations have in administering the matched savings program for the Cambridge Housing Authority Youth Workforce Program. We were deeply humbled by the recognition and recognize that the most meaningful part of the evening was hearing directly from the young people whose lives have been shaped by this program over the past decade.

Students shared reflections on their journeys, future college plans, and career aspirations, all powerful reminders of what long-term investment in young people can make possible. The evening also featured a moving alumni video showcasing former participants and the lasting impact the program has had on their educational, professional, and personal growth.

After accepting the award on behalf of Midas, Executive Director Rose Francois reflected on the collaborative foundation that has made this program successful from the very beginning. We are deeply grateful to our longtime partners at Cambridge Housing Authority and Cambridge Savings Bank for their continued partnership, commitment, and shared belief in investing in young people and their futures.
