Rose Francois

Executive Director

Rose Francois believes in the power of collective action to drive meaningful, lasting change in underserved communities. With over 15 years of leadership in education and nonprofit sectors, she strengthens systems to ensure equitable access to resources and opportunities. Rose brings expertise in operations, organizational change, and advocacy. As the former Executive Director of Enroot, a nonprofit supporting immigrant youth in Greater Boston, she led initiatives to empower students to thrive. She currently sits on the board at Community Action Agency of Somerville (CAAS). A proud Haitian immigrant, she finds joy in mentoring immigrant youth at Somerville High School. Rose holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Relations and is completing a PhD in Educational Studies focusing on Human Development and Learning at Lesley University.

Karen Burg

Director of Finance and Operations

Karen comes to Midas Collaborative with over 25 years of experience in operations, finance, and project management. She is passionate about process improvement and excels at building efficient systems that strengthen organizational performance and impact. She strives to build inclusive environments that empower people from all backgrounds, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Prior to joining Midas, Karen spent three years at the Brookline Teen Center, a nonprofit dedicated to providing teens with a safe, nurturing environment to grow, connect, and thrive. Her professional background is diverse, including 15 years in financial services, founding and operating her own nutrition and personal chef business, and serving as Vice President of Operations at a biotech startup. Karen holds a B.S. from Bentley University and an M.A. from Lesley University. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, cooking, summer beach days, and spending time with her family.

Kenzi Martin

Director of Programs

Kenzi Martin brings experience and passion to The Midas Collaborative. With a degree in Cultural Anthropology and an MBA from Boston University, Kenzi addresses societal issues through innovative business practices. Her education provides insight into social, economic, and political systems within cultural contexts. Her diverse background includes US Navy IT service and HR experience. Kenzi enjoys volunteering, painting, and baking. ​Her dedication to social impact, strategic mindset, and collaborative approach make her an invaluable team asset.

Hunter Malone

Program Supervisor

Hunter (he/him) is a dedicated current student pursuing his Master of Nonprofit Management and Community Engagement from Merrimack College. Hailing from central Massachusetts, Hunter possesses a deep-rooted passion for queer education, acceptance, and identity development. ​His commitment to these areas stems from personal experiences and a desire to create positive change in society.​ This hands-on approach allows him to apply his knowledge in real-world settings, making a tangible impact on the lives of others.

Christina Papazian

Program Associate

Christina exemplifies a strong commitment to teamwork and excellence at Midas Collaborative. Hailing from the Greater Boston area, she is fueled by a desire to enhance her skills and experiences to not only achieve her personal ambitions but also to uplift those around her. With a decade of experience in the banking sector, Christina has honed her abilities, consistently surpassing her targets while cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and nurturing a high-performing sales team. Her expertise spans customer success, retail banking, cross-selling, and client relations, making her a valuable asset to Midas Collaborative. Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in music, often immersing herself in nature through hiking and kayaking, which reflect her adventurous spirit and love for exploration.

Anthony Prudent

Program Associate

Anthony Prudent is enthusiastic to provide assistance to serve communities in the Greater Boston area. Having lived in the area for 3 years, he has aided numerous individuals and families find the services and guidance needed to navigate housing applications as a Haitian Creole interpreter, particularly while working with Malden Housing Authority. He has also helped many Haitians attain their driver’s licenses during road tests and served as an interpreter at school events across Eastern Massachusetts. In addition, he has had previous experience assisting in college schoolwork at the University of Rochester as a workshop leader and teacher assistant before coming to Boston. Outside of work, he has also previously served as a passionate community organizer and canvasser, and he is passionate about composing and playing music, particularly on the clarinet. Throughout his work with the Midas Collaborative, he hopes to bring his eagerness to learn to the team to continue the organization’s mission statement of sharing the wealth.
